made appointment for rep to come to house, i took off of work, they never showed up. i called and they said they would look into it..desparately needing floors and cabinets i stop at the showroom on saturday morning (11am)..lights on doors were lock and myself and 3 other customers standing outside, still no answer on the phone standing out in parking lot..clearly suppose to be open until 2pm. perplexed by the customer service..sure hope they're okay but wonder if they would ever show up to do the work

Classic Floors just completed the demo and installations of new floors in Bonita Bay. They also removed our old entertainment center and sliding glass doors to our Lani. It was a big job that went seamless. It looks OUTSTANDING. The team at Classic were an absolute pleasure to work with. Real professionals. Phil, Jacob, Nicole, Katie and Doug made this one of the most pleasant construction projects we have been through. Started on time and finish the job on time. For Florida thats unheard of.

Fantastic experience! Phil and his crew put down luxury vinyl plank in our entire house. They started on Friday, and by end of day Saturday they were done. Couldn't be happier with the quality of work. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about this company! Nicole and Doug were excellent to work with. Nicole is creative and Doug was onsite frequently, always asking to go above and beyond! My kitchen is gorgous because of them!

Great showroom so after bringing home many samples and picking out a product that we thought would be perfect for our floors we began installation. Unfortunately the product was defective so Phillip, the owner, made sure that we got a replacement product that we were totally happy with. Everyone at the company is polite, knowledgeable and knows their craft. All were terrific from Phillip, to Katie the Comptroller, to Gerald our project manager and go to man and of course Art and Doug. Phone calls were always answered and work was timely and communication great. Thank you all for being reliable and honorable and going the extra mile. I would recommend Classic Floors to anyone!
