Humboldt was incredible during our move. I have used Humboldt in the past, and each move has been a stress-free and professional experience. Our movers took such great care of our items and did everything in a timely manner. Our relocation manager turned a very stressful situation for us into an easy walk in the park. Our relocation manager checked in with us beforehand, on the day of the move, and after. Humboldt truly cares about clients! If you are looking to move and are considering Humboldt: DO IT! Moving with Humboldt justifies any price of moving.

Marion and J were absolutely amazing! They called and kept us informed of their location before arriving. They talked us through their process and how things worked on their end. They packed our entire unit with care and precision! Super friendly and professional. They eased our nerves and had us laughing while packing the truck and staying on time. Humboldt was great throughout my move process. The initial video walk-through and estimate were professional and thorough, the cost was about what I'd expect for a professional long-distance move, and there were no hidden fees later in the process/at the end of my move. My move coordinator was very kind and supportive; she checked in with me and was responsive with my assorted questions. The movers at both loading and unloading were efficient, organized, and friendly. They were also precisely on time in my delivery window. The movers at unloading were even willing to carry my (unfortunately too large for the elevator it turned out) couch up the stairs to my living room. Overall, I would recommend them to others!

Humboldt were awesome. They communicated ahead perfectly, arrived 30 minutes early, and were done hours ahead of schedule. All throughout the process they were extremely professional and took care of coordination with building staff without the need of my involvement. Vitalii is definitely your guy at Humboldt. He is detail oriented and very responsive to special requests + very knowledgeable.nIf he's on your crew, you'll be very well taken care of. Extremely satisfied with my moving experience with Humboldt.

Humboldt packed up our household for shipment to the UK.nnWe could not have been happier with the service from their first visit early in the year to estimate through their arrival last week to pack everything, remove it from our apartment, and load it into a container.nnAll staff have been courteous and professional, and the team which came to our home were wonderful, and showed great skill and care as they packed everything up.
