The place was not bad, but it wasn't great! The staff was kind and courteous. They would call with a reminder if a payment was due to help avoid late charges. But the place had rodents. I can see they put traps to help with that. But I found dropping on my items (I glad the items were covered). Also there were times I would come pay a bill during office hours and no one was there to assit, either because they were at lunch or They were helping some one else. I wish they had more than one person working there at a time.
The staff at Cubesmart Storage have made it am easy process for my family to store things while renovating our home. The facility is always clean and well lit. Budget friendly prices for various size rooms.
Customer service it’s amazing. They always happy when I get in the office. They helped me and my mom every time we come here. The storage is easy to come in and out. I have been used this storage for 3 months so far I am happy with the service. Now that I have my apartment I’m happy. ud83dude0a
