Worked like a charm -- car arrived perfectly and on-time. Transporter even waited for my daughter to be safely in the car and on her way before leaving.
They were excellent from beginning to end the car came in early the driver was wonderful and communication was really great
I called last week on 9/23 (Wednesday) and was quoted $4200 for a covered transport for my vehicles. I then called back on 9/28 (Monday) and was told the price increased by $600. Bait and switch and an absolute waste of time.
I just wanted a quote to move my truck. Now for the past 2 weeks im getting at least 14 calls a day from these people. Ive blocked several of there numbers but still being harassed buy this company. Ive asked to be removed from the list but no. After nonstop harassment from this company im about to get my lawyer involved on this matter.
I have been shipping my car back and forth to florida for 8 years, American gives great service, and is very reliable.
