Package has been delayed twice and now on the actual delivery day I was given a time frame for the delivery. While at our office the driver calls and says it will be hours later than they told me. Maybe Covid has then overwhelmed but they are very disorganized.
This has to be one of the worst CT terminals I've ever attempted to deal with. They're so poorly run, we've never successfully been able to get a shipment picked up before our shipper closes at 5pm. I use them in other cities and have had great success, but I would highly urge anyone to steer clear of this terminal for any pick ups in their area. 0 Stars if I were able to.
Locked up 10AM no one there. Only dropping 3 pallets. Not worth it
