This place is great! Staff are friendly, welcoming, polite and very helpful. The hours are reasonable. It is always clean and safe. I’ll definitely choose them again for my storage needs.
Clean facility with plenty of carts to help with moving items in/out. The GM, Gary, is very attentive and pleasant to deal with, and worked with me on several delays to my original reservation date. Shopped around for a bit for pricing, and found their rates to be the lowest in the general vicinity. Would recommend to anyone looking for fair pricing and good customer service.
Gary is AMAZING! He is super helpful, professional and friendly. The spaces are super clean, new, and reasonably priced. We’d recommend this space to anyone who needs storage.
Some negative life situations left me in need of a quick storage solution for my household goods. After reserving online I arrived at the Stoughton CubeSmart where I met Jay who helped me get set up with a unit. He was so attentive and detail oriented I truly felt that I made the right choice with cubesmart. My only regret is having used other storage companies in the past. I would recommend CubeSmart to anyone. Thanks Jay
From the moment I walked into the Stoughton site, I was sure we made the right decision in choosing where to store our belongings. Gary whom we first met is very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and customer oriented, and the facility was clean, always had available dolly's and working elevators. Not only did Gary help in assisting with the storage, but but also aided my husband who is a diabetic by giving a snack. Jay is pleasant also and it was a pleasure to always have the nice customer service that both of these young gentlemen provided. Thanks for a pleasant experience in our first ever storage rental!
