A good friend had recommended Mattress Maker of New England and she was right. The business is a small family run business, who cares about their customers and makes great mattresses at super prices. Overall, we had an awesome experience. It started with Jane who helped us with our mattress selections. She took her time to explain to us the different mattresses and didn't try to over sell. She was very patient and helpful. Next was Suzie who was able to help us schedule our delivery date and time, she was also super helpful with all of our questions. And last but not least, were Chris and Mike who delivered our mattresses and headboard and helped set them up. They were super friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Mattress Maker of New England...and I usually don't write reviews.

I'm so impressed by this company. I normally never write reviews but they are phenomenal. I had purchased a mattress about 6months ago and went back to purchase another, when I happened to mention that the older one was not as firm as I would have liked, immediately they offered to come pick it up and restuff it....who does that with no charge? The delivery was so efficient and caring of walls and flooring. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks for great customer service ud83dude0a

It was great and the older lady was very helpful and got me in and out. The only thing that slowed me down was my ride lol

They are absolutely amazing. You get to design your mattress from top to bottom. I have had my mattress for a couple of years now and it’s like going to a luxury hotel each time I get into my bed but at attainable prices. Thank you! ud83dude4f

I have now purchased two beds from The Mattress Maker and have been totally satisfied with both. The admin assistant Val is absolutely wonderful, down to Earth, personable and very helpful. The owner David is also a great guy, knowledgeable, friendly and a straight shooter when it comes to his business. I have both picked up from them and received a delivery and can recommend either for prospective customers. Truly a great, honest business.
