I was in search of a new bedroom set and really wanted to support a local furniture store and not one of those big companies. Anyway, stumbled across HomeTown Furnishings in Brockton online and have them a call. I spoke with Ricardo and then went into the store to select the bedroom set I wanted. Ricardo was very professional and so very helpful!!! I got my bed and dresser recently, and I absolutely love it! They have so many selections and they are so helpful in there! I plan on buying some more furniture items for my house and will definitely be going back to this furniture store.

I started looking for couches at the beginning of the year and stumbled upon this store. The process so was very easy and the quality and delivery process was wonderful. About a month ago I purchased a dining set and was so impressed with the customer service. Although the warehouse the pieces came from kept delaying, Rick was phenomenal with expediting what he could and really working hard to help us with what was in his control. We just ordered a living room coffee table, entertainment center and end table today for a great deal all being delivered tomorrow. The products are wonderful and could have been purchased anywhere honestly, but Rick is the reason we keep going back to My Hometown Furnishings. He’s compassionate, patient, and focused on creating solutions to any problems that might come up. We are so grateful that he has made the customer experience so wonderful. We will continue to purchase our home needs through him. Highly recommend this location. You can buy furniture just about anywhere but you get the effortless experience and outstanding service by choosing Rick.

Ricardo was great to do business with! The delivery was on time. The couch was a little bit of a struggle to get in my house, but they got it in pretty quick. I would highly recommend Hometown over any other rent to own business like Rent a center. I absolutely love my new sectional from Hometown!

A++ experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality set. We went into the store, found a couch we love. The lady inside Annie was very helpful and made the decision nice and easy. When delivery day came, the two gentlemen were on time - and delivery went smooth. Unfortunately one of the pieces didn’t fit into our unit, but Ricardo came up with a quick resolution and was able to get us another piece that would fit into our unit. Ricardo personally made his way an hour away to deliver us the last piece and now our set is complete. Fantastic job by everyone involved here at Hometown Furnishings. We will definitely come back for future purchases.
