Frankly, we were expecting neither the quality of the furniture nor the level of gracious professionalism that we found at Boston Bed yesterday. We were en route to the much larger and infinitely better known furniture store down the street. We figured a quick pop-in and quicker run-out couldn't hurt. But our host, Richard, was accommodating to the nth degree and we saw a beautiful bed there.nnWe still went on to the big store to do our due diligence. But we called Richard today to buy the bed from Boston Bed.nnA surprise but happy ending to our little bed time story.

Thank you so much Richard!nHad the best most natural experience ever at the Stoughton location. I love the fact that he wasn't on my back hounding me and pressuring me to make a purchase. He said go make yourself feel at home on every bed and come back to me and let me know which one works for you. Almost forgot to mention my delivery was 5 days earlier than expected. Boy was I happy camper. I highly recommend you go see Rich personally! Wish I could give 10 stars.

I had the pleasure, yes pleasure, of purchasing a mattress and frame from The Boston Bed Company, in Stoughton, MA. Their inventory was plentiful, but not overwhelming; my questions were answered quickly and knowledgeably by a skillful and intelligent salesperson, Mr. Rich Brazil; there was absolutely no pressure to buy, and the prices were fair and reasonable. Being a local company factored high in my decision however, local means nothing if a company doesn't also offer stellar customer service. Rich Brazil could write the book when it comes to how to treat a potential customer: total transparency every step of the way, easily able to demonstrate the different features of every product, and eager to research the answers to your questions.nnI could not have asked for a better buying experience, and would recommend The Boston Bed Company to anyone looking for a new bed.

Boston Bed Company Stoughton, ManGreat store.. Upon my husband and I arrival, were warmly greeted by Richard. Told him what we were looking for. Was shown some very nice pieces, along with demonstration on how they operated.. he was very familiar with them all. He allowed us to browse at our leisure. Delivery was very quick. I was impressed with an electronic receipt, just in case I misplace the paper one. Will definitely be returning. Great service and convenient location. (2) Very satisfied customers..Thanks Richard.

We had a pleasurable experience shopping for a cabinet bed at Stoughton's Boston Bed; Rich, our salesman, was very inviting. We had plenty of freedom to explore all the beds, and he was very knowledgable about his inventory. I especially appreciated his honesty about the products and made an effort to suggest the best choice for us. After much research on our own, we are delighted that we chose the Clover Cabinet bed.
