My parents were look for new furniture and wanted to see what La-Z-Boy had to offer. From the moment I scheduled the appointment it was a great experience. Our sales person and interior designer went above and beyond to assist us while we were there. Maddie, our Interior Designer came out to the house to make sure the layout was perfect. My parents purchased custom furniture on Monday and are looking forward to its arrival. The only disappointment was it will take 12-14 weeks to deliver. That’s no ones fault with the custom furniture and COVID. Thank you all for your excellent service. I will definitely be back.
I was very pleased with the woman who came to greet me at the door. She explained the sections of the flooring and told me she was available if I needed her. I went back to her and told her what I was looking for. She helped me patiently with a beautiful smile on her face. The woman at the register was happy, dancing to this tune that came up. She answered my questions and was very thorough. Overall it was a great experience
Darby, Joe, Sara, Arielle and Michael were extremely helpful with the purchase of a recliner for my Mom. We are so appreciative of their kindness and professionalism as they arranged for us to get one right away. They exemplify everything a great sales and management team should be. We will definitely go back when we are looking for more furniture.
Staff were all very helpful without being pushy. I ended up with an absolutely fantastic deal on a beautiful couch that was a cancelled special order. High quality, gorgeous, and delivered just in time and rather quickly. Seriously made my month! Thank you!
