This is my second trip, over an hours drive each way.nnFirst trip I was told to take a picture of the tag and pick up my item in the warehouse.nThe warehouse employee told me I was supposed to bring the item with me to checkout as it’s not on the warehouse.nnI did not feel like going back upstairs and walking through the maze they call a showroom.nnSecond trip, I received a 10$ coupon for my birthday.nnI went back and grabbed the item from the showroom and brought it to the checkout (warehouse).nThere I am told that they do not stock that item and I cannot buy the display model.nnTwo trips , both unsuccessful.nnSecond trip was not necessary had I been given proper information from their staff.nnI don’t complain, I leave and never return as a customer.nnI had planned on purchasing a complete bedroom set as a Christmas gift. Would have exceeded 1000$.nnI will spend my money elsewhere.

This place has THE worst customer service, and you can't even contact a store directly. I drove 2 hours to get a couch that was listed as in stock, when I got there it was out of stock. They said they could reserve one for me and I could pick it up later, so I decided to do that. I got a text saying that it was in, so I called to also reserve a couch cover. The lady was very helpful and contacted the store and had the cover set aside for me, assuring me that it would be there when I went to pick up the frame. I drive there for the second time and they don't have the cover, but the gentleman I spoke to said they would ship me one once they were back in stock and waive the shipping. I didn't hear anything so I called and the girl told me that my order (for the frame) had been cancelled, which is not the case because I went and picked up the frame. She said there was no note on the order about the cover, and I could order the cover and pay the shipping myself. I only gave two stars because the couch is comfortable, but not worth the hassle. So. Frustrating. Totally unorganized, awful customer service, and none of the 'order ahead' stuff is clear on their website. Get it together.
I have completely wasted my time on several occasions with this location. Most recently today - I have been online shopping for a TV stand for several weeks and landed on the IKEA Besta system. I made sure all parts were In Stock at this location. The website said everything was there and available. I made almost an hour drive into the store. I went to the showroom and designed the system exactly how I had online, so it would give me a parts list with locations. As I get down to the warehouse to pick my parts, I quickly noticed about half of it was completely empty and out of stock. I just wish the inventory management would actually be accurate. This has happened to me on MULTIPLE occasions with other items too. I have also tried to order online (to pick up in store for a future date) to avoid this situation however it will not let me order if the items are not actually in stock in the store. So what's the point of even having an online ordering system? Like I said, this has happened on MULTIPLE occasions and I will not make another attempt.
