Joe and Chuck are very rude. Have no experience in customer service. They don’t know how to talk. I went and bought some furniture and spent more than $8000. They told me it will take more than 1 month for the furniture to deliver. Actually it took more than two and half month. When you call they are so rude on the phone. I will not recommend any to go to their store and waste the money.nnI am editing my review after I received a call from chuck. He said that I am calling you because his management told him to call. Calling with bad attitude. He asked me how can we make it better. I told him is that the way you talk with every customers. If that is the attitude then you should have never called me. His reply was “ My management told me”. Thank God I did not spent more money in their store. I will request all you to be prepare for bad customer service/ attitude if you visit their store.Poor service and bad management.

One on my favorite places to shop and refers others. I always refer because since I can remember shopping here it's been a pleasant experience. There prices can't be beat. Shop around and see.

I have bought furniture from this store years ago ..I was happy with in store service as well as delivery...I am currently waiting on my second purchase to be delivered.....

I went into the store to find a shelving unit for my living room. There was one that was exactly what I was looking for. A man asked if I needed help. He checked to see if the piece was in stock. He came back telling me there wasn't any, but I could have the floor model. I asked if there would be a discount (there was a little bit of damage on one of the legs). Before I got the question completely out, he abruptly and rudely said no because it was already put together. I asked if he'd rather give up a sale than give a little discount and he said yes. Very poor customer service! He talked to me like I was a child being sternly spoken to and there was no sense of concern with how I felt.
