I have worked with Anita on many designs, my nickname for her is super women because she can design a kitchen so fast. She knows her trade better than most contractor's. They will give you the best quality and price possible. The best part of the experience is your kitchen is ready in 4 - 5 days. The staff is genuine and knowledgeable. These guys are amazing. Had a couple of granite pieces for my custom bathroom done in no time, when at the same time other places were telling me it will take months. Good people.
Customer service was bad, Front desk lady rude to customer, when I come back ask for parts missing from my cabinets order, the front desk lady Anita told me they upgraded my parts to highest quality so not need that much then end up they found out really didn’t send me enough parts, then I took the missing tools from their store. They not just making mistake, they didn’t even try to fix problem, ONLY RECEIVE the customer!
the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude.
