So so. Tech was rude to me in person and to others on the phone. Pharmacist herself was nice and ended up doing the techs job as the tech goofed off.
Very impersonal. Quite clear the employees are there only because they need a paycheck.
Your employee Kim is worth whatever you're paying Her and Most likely MORE. She is Always pleasant, helpful and knows her job. You have a few employees who can at times be rude or really couldn't care about the customer.
I have been getting my prescriptions here for years. These people are amazing. It blows my mind to see these bad reviews. People have no idea what these guys put up with every single day. I just want to say thank you to all of you. You are top notch in my book.
