Mrs. Monica was absolutely wonderful! Very consistent, pleasant attitude, and gave great energy. Kind, thoughtful, and accommodating from smooth & efficient service, down to the tea and cookies!nDef made me feel welcome, & comfortable, with no pain! Best wax services I’ve ever received hands down. I highly recommend!!

Bold&Chic Waxing Spa is amazing! An unassuming exterior that is home to a wonderful business. I have gotten my first ever Brazilian, Full leg and Armpit waxing done here and am a pleased returning customer. The care and attention Monica gives to her clients is outstanding. She checks in with you throughout your service, doesn't make it awkward or uncomfortable and also explains things as they are happening. She definitely knows her stuff and makes sure you are good to go before you leave. The best part is that while she is great at waxing, that isn't the only thing available to you. Vajacials and fanny-facials, along with v-steaming are done here (and that is just the beginning of what you can get) I absolutely recommended them Whether you are a newbie or a seasoned vet to the waxing world Bold&Chic is the place you should go for your services.

I’ve been going to Monica since August and I love the results. More importantly I love how comfortable she makes me feel when I’m getting waxed. She also makes sure you’re well informed about the wax you’re getting, the aftercare as well as how to get rid of ingrowns.

I scheduled my first appointment at Bold&Chic Waxing Spa for a Brazilian wax along with additional services about a couple of months ago. My first impression was that Monica is very friendly, the salon is very clean as well as inviting. It was my first Brazilian, so I was super nervous. Monica made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the whole process. She frequently inquired if I was okay and made sure I was ready to go the next step. Once she was done, Monica told me how to properly take care of my new Brazilian wax and even texted me a couple days letter to check on me. That's what I call great customer service! I can tell Monica truly loves what she does because of how she makes sure she is providing you the best service. Today was my second appointment and it went great!
