I’m very displeased... I went in for a gel pedi I had an older male who rushed through the whole thing didn’t even massage my legs. Then he gets up in the middle and just doesn’t paint my toes or even come back to me at all.. the other male asked me what my color was then painted my toes and said your good to go... like what?! The tools the used were discussing they didn’t clean them and he took tools from someone else he was doing to do my nails !!? I seriously hope nothing happens to my nails.. I will NOT be back. They don’t take anything but cash either by the way!!!
Very clean, very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I always come here to get my pedicures done. They are affordable and do not rush through the service. My feet always feel amazing when I leave.
Outstanding service! Very friendly atmosphere and they try hard to make you feel comfortable. The ped spa that Johnny does will make you come back for more. It's like a deep tissue massage on the feet and calves.nNow with the pandemic, they can only take appointments. Well worth it!
This location is amazing. They do a GREAT job! They even have an ATM machine with LOW Fees available for use for their customers!
I’m not sure what Bethany is talking about below—I’ve been going to this salon and their other Hampton location for years and only let their licensed nail tech Leiya do my nails. They have NO sanitation issues and always sterilize their equipment for each client. In my years of using them I’ve never gotten any fungus or diseases. This is one of the most professional salons I know of in the Hampton Roads area!! I recommend going and booking with Leiya or Tina!
