Yesterday I had my hair colored, it was not the right color and my hair got burned. The front desk person is so rude, and I didn’t feel safe in that salon! Definitely not going back there!

Very professional service, clean inside. Would recommend for any service due to competent staff.

Rica was amazing! Perfect pedicure for Ross and I. Professional and amusing at the same time. What an asset to the company!!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars.nnI went in for all over color and left with uneven parts of brown and, in some places, black hair, after a few hours with an extremely rude stylist. She let my roots process for an hour and 15 minutes. When I told her my scalp was burning, she rolled her eyes at me and told me that it can’t be burning. I was extremely upset and uncomfortable with how I was treated.nnI went back the next day to correct my color, and requested a new stylist because I had such a terrible experience with the stylist from the day before. The new stylist told me they would have to “raise” it. After being in the shampoo chair for a long time, she applied something without telling me what it was and my scalp began to get hot and burnt worse than the day before. After she rinsed it, I went back to the chair and saw in the mirror that my hair was bleached blonde and orange. I repeat. They bleached my hair without my consent. At this point, I was fighting back tears and couldn’t wait to leave. I was absolutely devastated. After three hours on the second day, I left with orange-ish hair and blonde spots all over (photo attached).nnI requested a refund, and they kept offering me a third chance to correct this. I obviously refused because I have absolutely no trust in this business any longer. My scalp is still extremely sensitive and sore, and my hair is frail and breaking already. They offered me a partial refund and refused to refund the entire amount.nnI went to a new salon today for a consult and to develop a plan moving forward. This will take hundreds of dollars and a long time to correct the damage done to my hair and my scalp. I wish I would’ve never gone, and I wish more than anything that I could take this back. This ruined my hair and I am completely devastated.nnPlease, go somewhere else.
