Excellent selection of furniture, the sales people and customer service at the store could not be more friendly and helpful. But trying to get the items, a loveseat and a chair, we purchased took an act of extreme patience due to the personnel that work at the warehouse, also the staff that supposedly is to answer the phones for delivery set-up who don't answer their phones or return calls IF you can get them to answer the phone. I would call it incompetence. Our delivery for the loveseat, was the wrong item home delivered and it took a few days to get that corrected, then our chair was the wrong one, delivered to the store for pickup, and we waited about 2 weeks for that.
