Thought this was a decent store. Went in recently looking for upholstery fabric. The store clerk was ignoring me the entire time, she acted like I wasn’t there from the point I walked and on. No greeting, no help was offered, no goodbye. I don’t know about all these positive reviews and how this store stays in business because customer service here is nonexistent.
I placed an order in September 2020. I finally received 4 pillows on January 14, 2021 and only after repeated phone calls and a trip to the store in Yorktown. I’m still waiting for new foam cushions for my 2 sofas. I can not recommend this business because if their lack of customer service.

where o where is my grey left over material? We patronized your store several month ago; found exactly the material we were looking for to re-apolster a couch and a chair. The staff was very helpful. The couch was to be in total grey, the chair blue with grey. The upholstery gentleman did an excellent job! very satisfied. When my furniture was delivered, I only received the left over material in the grey/blue pattern. Thank you! When I asked where is my grey material, she told me she forgot it, but will deliver it! I have called several times and no response! Well, days ran into weeks, weeks ran into months and no material? I even told them that I would pick it up, knowing how busy they must me. Now, Mrs L. Mcelhaney was told there was no material left? Although we were informed initially that there was material left over. Very disappointed as how you operate this business! An answer from a loyal customer would greatly be appreciated. Thank you!
