Found the chair I had been looking for by going in to see what was available as the had a showroom close out due to remodeling. A lady had been there to buy the same chair but didn’t have her card. We come in , saw it, asked about it and bought it. Then here comes the lady back in. The salesman should have put it on hold for her. But anyway, I have a new leather chair.
Chris was a great salesman, kind and very knowledgeable about there products. We love are new sectional, it was worth the wait. The delivery guys were awesome, had our new couch setup in less than an hour and also helped me move old sectional out as well. Thank you La-Z-Boy!
My husband and I have been looking for the “just right” recliner for our living area. We have looked out of state and locally. Happily, we found it at Lazy Boy! Our sales lady, Lisa was wonderful to work with. She listened to our preferences and made a few suggestions. Best of all, she didn’t hover over us while we tried out recliners throughout the store. When we found it, she suggested some fabric and allowed me to take samples home to make sure I was pleased with the colors. Although it may take up to 6 months to make, we were pleased with the whole experience. We feel like we chose a quality piece to add to our home.
Very helpful, walking us through fabric options and helping us match our existing furniture.nnOur couch was delivered the other day and the moving guys were super helpful. They even helped us move our old couch out of the way!
I had a great experience at La-Z- Boy Newport News! My salesperson, Tina, was wonderful. She made shopping, and buying so very easy. She was helpful in matching colors, describing features and explaining warranties; her suggestions were spot on. I believe in the quality and would buy from this store again! I do recommend.
