This furniture company HAYNES is REALLY BAD from SALES ASSOCIATE to HIGHER Management THEY DON’T KNOW TO HANDLE THERE CUSTOMERS, the only important to them is $$$MONEY$$$! You know why? WHEN I BOUGHT A DINING TABLE its means SOLD, But they sell it and I need to look different one and the price is Up..

Don't waste your money at Haynes. Our sofa & loveseat recliners broke less than a year in, and under warranty. It took 6 months for the parts to arrive from China. LITERALLY 6 MONTHS. The repair technician won't call me to schedule & won't answer my calls even after management asked him to call me because I've been waiting so long. The Haynes Customer Service phone number is just a voicemail. If you want to waste money on cheap furniture that breaks during normal use and sit on broken furniture for a year or so while they ignore you, Haynes is the place for you. Of course, they take the easy way out and blame COVID, instead of taking responsibility. MY FURNITURE STILL ISN'T FIXED AND YOUR TECHNICIAN STILL HASN'T CALLED ME TO FIX IT.

The only reason I give a star is because google forces me. Stay away from this store. I bought a bedroom set on September 13, I still haven't received it. When I buy it according to my seller (Jerry), it would be available at the end of September. It seemed like a reasonable time and we decided to make the purchase. When seeing that it did not arrive and nobody communicated. I go to the store, I talk to a manager and Jerry, they tell me by December 18 it will be here. I call and nothing. Jerry calls me after I have called him, and tells me that for January 4. We are going for January 10 neither Jerry nor the bedroom set appears. If you want to avoid bad times, do not buy there. The worst in customer service, they lie happily looking you in the face and the worst older people.

After placing our order and being told it would be a 3 month lead time we understood due to covid-19. Well 3 months came and went with being told it was extended by 1 month. Every time I called I was told it's waiting to be unloaded and they would contact the buyers and call me back. Apparently there email is broken and there phone lines are not able to place calls only receive them. After weeks of calling I was now told that it was delayed till June. So somehow it went from being ready to be unloaded to give us 4 more months. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced when trying to follow up on my order. And when I told them cancel my order they were not even concerned and said OK. Didn't even attempt to make me keep my order or try to sell me something different. Never again

I would never buy furniture from this store. The sales team is great but the customer service center has no clue about their own policies or pprocedures. I used my warranty and the store told me it never expired, guess what? It did. And I lost over 500$ and they refuse to make it right.nI would give them zero stars but google forced me to give it one.
