Do yourself a favor, and stop in at Nourish Wellness Path for a long massage, a relaxing yoga class and some soul nourishment. Thea and Lexi are both incredible massage therapists, and I always leave feeling grounded and relaxed. I have joint pain from sport injuries, and after a massage at Nourish Wellness Path, my pain is either greatly reduced, or non existent. Thea specializes in lymphatic drainage massage, which has been wonderful for me as well. It gently detoxes my body, which has helped me on many levels. Receiving a good, professional massage is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Give yourself some love, and stop in!
The ambiance of Nourish helps to provide relaxation from the moment you walk in the door. The yoga classes are held in a space that is unique compared to other places and the instructors are WONDERFUL! I highly recommend all of the services this business has to offer!
I have received a few massages from various massage therapists and have always felt better leaving than arriving. All staff members are welcoming, professional, and have listened to my specific needs. I definitely recommend Nourish to anyone!
The environment is like no other. The staff and services provided make you fell new and whole again. I have never been great at yoga, but I feel so comfortable at Nourish. I highly recommend.
