The selection is great. Willard, the representative that worked with us, answered every question, treated us with respect and did not pressure sell. We will definitely return for future furniture purchases.

Never do business with them. Poor customer service, lack of follow through and they strong arm your money with a no refund policy. Made my order in September; was given reasonable time frame that has been dragged out for months. Delivery men attempted to deliver the order but were too lazy to get the order up the stairs... was told I could get a refund; that was a LIE!! I was given a option to pick something else in the store but everything would require money for what I desire! I basically had to pick up the order myself with the help of another individual and move it into my home. Took 15 minutes with no damages. They also told me I’d get a check for the refund of the delivery charge... that may take 5 - 6 months as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Go directly to Ashley’s!!!

After shopping around for months, being given the wrong thing from other stores, and exhausted from searching I found this place. I went in and had a great experience here. At that point I had been looking for so long and had to return 2 sets to other stores that kept giving me the wrong thing so i was looking to buy couches right then and there. I had a budget I needed to keep in it. They made it happen in a timely manner and were super easy and friendly to work with. Definitely a FANTASTIC experience and would recommend anyone to. Wish I would've started my search here!

I recently bought some furniture from here and enjoyed the entire experience. The staff were nice and helpful, not pushy at all. They helped me pick out The perfect furniture for my new house! And the delivery people were right on time and very professional. All around great experience and would recommend them to anyone
