We got a PS4 from them and the controller didn't work. When we called them about it we were told to go buy a controller because they didn't have any other controllers. What kind of place is this? We never would have had this problem with rent a center. I suggest that everyone goes to rent a center instead of aaron's.nI also called them to let them know that we were going to be late on our payment due to a death in the family out of state and I was told by a manager that it was not their problem. They are very rude and disrespectful.

If I could give this establishment a zero, I would. I started a relationship with this company with the understanding that I would be paying on a monthly basis. I even paid extra to have the payment come out of my account on a specific date. Needless to say the company has been deceptive in there practices choosing to come into my account at their leisure often times before 30 days has even passed. Upon speaking to the General Manager she tried to blame the situation on a miscommunication. I would suggest any hardworking Americans who would like to deal with a company of integrity to steer clear of this company; their intentions are shady at best and the aim is to rip you off without consequence.

I have been doing business with the location in Danville for years. We are always treated like family the moment we walk in the door. We won't do rent to own business with anyone else. Staff is friendly and caring they understand life happens and they work with us to keep our homes intact. Thank you Aaron's you guys are so amazing.

I ordered some bed rails from Aaron’a they came in two weeks I went to pick them up they sold my bed rails that’s I paid for personally to someone else I had to wait two more weeks for my bed rails. They are horrible I am not getting anything else from them they are sorry as can be! Then when the changes my bed rails they took my bed rails with them that I own my bed that I paid for. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND AARONS TO ANYBODY THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been with the Danville office for a few months and lease a washer and dryer. I come from northern Virginia where things run differently and are always conscience of litigation.nnI have had a lot of help from the ladies, however when I am late and they are unable to reach me, they ask me for references despite me giving them months back upon signing the lease. References reference the character of the individual and are not to be called to collect a debt or get in touch with a person. This is explicitly against FCC laws due to embarrassment and endanger of the relationships with the individuals you will practically be harassing because the person you are in contract with is having difficulty paying at times amidst a pandemic.nnYou cannot solicite contact information months later and say “references were never collected” because you have difficulty reaching the individual. You are soliciting their contact information under deceitful purposes.nnThe store has worked with me, however I want to make it explicitly clear that if my “references” are called to solicit payment or attempt to contact me that I will seek out litigation to the fullest extent of the law and report the company to the appropriate channels as the BBB, Attorney General, and FCC.nnI am not agreeing in anyway for you to contact those individuals unless I attempt to get another lease and you all in fact need a reference. As it was stated these are “references” and that is why the contact information was provided to you.
