Customer service reps are extremely rude. Will not let you speak to upper management when problems arise. Not good people or willing to make adjustments for paying customers. Tried to request my card information again to refund me instead of just reversing the charge.
Massages and customer service are 10/10. Reception is friendly and provides reminder texts in advance of your appointment. Consider Kate for your next massage - she’s excellent.
My friend gave me a voucher for a free 30-minute massage. I was worried about whether they would be skilled, but Mickey was as good as any massage therapist I've ever had - - and I've had a lot! It's close to the Metro, though I didn't see free parking.
I started coming here about 2 months ago because I found a Groupon. I have since had 4 massages: 2 deep tissue, 1 auyervedic, and one Indian Head massage. Everytime I have walked out feeling like I am floating, so relaxed and yet energized. I feel like I am reset by coming in. All the practitioners I have encountered are amazing, and their membership deal right now is good too. While they are a little pricey, it is worth every penny!
Just rude. My calls were ignored once I asked to speak with upper management for a simple request. I would never patron any of their establishments. Rude and unkind in a time where generosity is necessary.
