The prices seem reasonable and they have a good selection to choose from. Kevin Sheetz was our salesman and he was extremely helpful! He made sure we got what we were looking for and contacted our installer to make sure the amount we needed was correct. Very pleased with Mr. Sheetz!!! Great store and great salesman!!!

Worked with sales associate Christina and installers were Tim Horton (3 guys). We could not be more pleased. Christina was more than accommodating with any of our needs and the install guys were accommodating as well and did a great on the install. We are very pleased and would use them again for sure.

Very nice people, Haven't even been in yet but the lady in the phone will take the time and answer every question and even go look for something on your behalf. Great employee!!

Walked into the store and Christina greeted me. I told her what I needed and she immediately understood and picked out a carpet in the style and color and price range I needed. She came out and measured the room and we set up an install date. However, due to my wife's rescheduling of some doctor's appointments, I had to reschedule the install date. Then Christina had to reschedule to a conflict on their end. through all this Christina always was a professional and totally easy to work with. We finally got the carpet installed. The installer was Jerry. He and his helper were on time and went right to work. They were very professional and did a great job.

From start to finish my experience with Christina was awesome. She was wonderful to work with and the two men that came out , Chris and I can't remember the other gentlemen's name were great. They were fast, efficient and left everything clean after they finished the installation of my floors. Definitely going to deal with Christina and Carpetland again!!
