My friend and I went into Rockfab and had a wonderful experience. Elissa Benton really helped out. She is the vice president. And what she first offered us would take six weeks to deliver but we needed it for this Saturday. And she got her crew together and sent them on a mission to help us find exactly what we we’re looking for. One of them was actually in training and all were exceptionally sweet. We found exactly what we needed and the service, the experience, the atmosphere was just amazing!
We have our own stone cutting equipment, so I was just looking for a special piece. Alyssa was super helpful! Great selection. Great customer service.
I am very satisfied with Rockfab I had a great service from the costumer service in the store to the most professional template measurement to the installation crew! I will definitely go back!
RockFab was amazing. We were Leary about going there, but once you walk in everyone is so nice and they have something for budgeted of all types. I cannot wait for my new countertops to be installed.nn***Update Counters were installed and look amazing. They were quick and professional. Had a little delay with our faucet due to shipping, but they bent over backwards to make everything work out for us. The picture doesn’t do it justice, but we Highly recommend Rockfab!
From the design sessions with Susan to the project coordinator, Steve, everything was coordinated and done with perfection. Thanks to all for a fabulous bathroom remodel. I would use Rockfab again and highly recommend their services to anyone thinking of doing improvements.
