We have visited Grand Home Outlet a few times over the past few weeks. My wife and I are remodeling our basement and needed a specific sized piece. We found exactly what we were looking for. On top of that, the service was phenomenal. Not too pushy and not far away if we had a question. We are remodeling the rest of our home and will definitely be back.
I don't recall giving an initial review of 3 starts, but I have fixed that now. I came in with a huge list of needed furniture, and the salesperson was incredibly helpful finding what I needed. Payment process was quick and easy, and the team that loaded up my purchases did a great job of protecting it all and loading it safely. I'll certainly return when I need more furniture.
Susan Walters was very knowledgeable of the product lines that Grand Outlet offers and took me directly to the furniture of my interest. She was very patient and readily answered my questions. I would definitely refer others to Susan Walters.
Nice big outlet store. Everything is as is and no returns so look it over very well. If it's a power recliner be sure to test it out. The floor model is what you get alot of the time.
Service was great... selection was excellent. Bought a leather couch. Very happy with product & sales person.
