Just went to this outlet and was blown away by the customer service! Crit is a store associate and she was wonderful to work with. She helped us understand how to best find the products we are looking for and the inventory process.
Busy all the time, scratch and dinged furniture that's still pricey. Lots selection including seasonal items. Staff willing to help find and explain the stock and more.
This is not your typical outlet. There are days that you'll get lucky and find a beautiful piece at a great price and then there are days that you'll go home empty-handed. The furniture you'll find here usually have minor dings and that's why they're here.
The website has good selection and good prices. I was quite surprised. Worth checking it out.
Big disappointment. There was nice stuff but it was very much overpriced, especially when you consider that some items were damaged or way out of season (Halloween and Christmas decor at regular price in March). Plus, similar items may be purchased cheaper at nearby HomeGoods. Worth at least one visit to judge for yourself.
