I'm a big fan of Ross for a few different reasons. I love to find a good deal for a clothing item from a brand that I can trust. It's dangerous for my wallet, but I will usually walk out with something, even if it's not what I originally went to the store for. Ross has a great selection of items from trusted brands. They also have a great return policy. I believe you have a month to bring back the items provided you still have the tag for them. They will give you all of your money back. I don't usually have to return anything very often. I also love their shoe selection. I don't know about the smaller sizes because I have pretty big feet, but it seems like there is a great selection of shoe types and sizes for a great deal.
The pricing is good, it's never too busy when I go in, but they never have stuff I want in my size.

Such a fun store for finding deals. Almost always have just what I go looking for.
They haven't nice kids mask. The most important they try to push me in the rude way to use swipe card whe I have chip and is my rights to use chip to protect my credit card info. They said the chip doesn't work. I believe if they have a lot store they need to replace the postnet or fix it. No good custmer services. The employee wasn"t nice. I have to make the line again and try with another cashier. Is their problems should be fix no make hurd time to customers
I called 3 times in the span of four hours and every single time an employee just picked up the phone and hung it right up.
You shouldn't hire such arrogant "Im better than everyone" attitude having people
