Once again good furniture, fair prices and a helpful staff without being too pushy.
Stopped in to purchase some furniture. Good service. They made us a good deal. Long finance terms. Quality of furniture does depend on brand. You buy cheap. You get cheap. Pretty good selection from cheap to steep. Lol.
Dee was amazing. We are so happy with our selections. Dee was very helpful and very patient while my husband tried out almost every recliner. If you are looking for nice furniture at a great price go see Dee!
I’m just getting around to writing my review about my mattress purchase at this Levin this past August. I spent 45 minutes waiting for service, wasn’t even greeted and when my husband did flag someone down we were told to wait some more! An additional 35 minutes, then the transaction itself took 40 minutes because the nervous salesmen was having technical difficulties, mind you I was using my Levin credit card so everything should have been easy peasy. I love my mattress, but I would not recommend nor will I be back to shop at this Levin.
So my wife and I bought a brand new $1,800 kitchen table. 1st box we open has 2 holes in the seat. And the nuts sent to hold it all together don't have threads. So when i call Levins to see what can be done, they tell me nothing because they only hold a 7 day return policy and that our table has been discontinued and no parts are available for me to fix their mistake. Yet its not even 90 days out and we are opening it for the first time. I have spent around $10,000 in this exact store over 15years and i will not step in it again,. They have taken me for enough money in this lifetime. Ill go Value City Furniture or Bobs Discount Furniture from now on. They didnt even try and help us out at all. Very discerning in an age in which the customer should come first.
