I'm a regular customer never had a complaint the store was always stocked, clean and everything freshly made every morning, ever since they changed management and employees it's just been going down hill the store looks empty lack of fresh products, employee do not take their job seriously, are not polite and attentive to the customers like the former employees from 3 months ago. I really do not want to purchase there any more.
Pros-clean store. Kind employee at the counter.nCons-No signage under the main 7-Eleven sign above the entrance of the store.nThey were out of cup sleeves.nThey were out of napkins.nUnacceptable.nEBT and the ATM are out of service. I didn't need either one. I realize this happens with technology. Oh, just saw(from my car)that the lottery is down too. What a mess. Now to burn my hand on the coffee.
They have never been a place I wanted to go to. Mostly when I'm stuck on holidays or late nights. The staff has varied between very kind and ignorant throughout the years. The other night I stopped in to grab cigarettes on my way home and was informed they no longer carry them?! A convenience store that does not carry ANY tobacco products? We will see... I guess they needed a place to put all the seasonal candy from last Halloween Christmas and easter... Smdh
Just purchased deer Park water, sign say 2 for 2. The tax should only be 16 cent but they charged me 22 cent, when I asked the employee why his reply was I don't know it's just the way they do things. Owner wasn't there so I couldn't question her.
Clean store, carries alot of the things that you may have to have at a time when the grocery store is closed. Plus, they have a large selection of cooked food. They are wheelchair user friendly and ample parking is available. Police presence is usually very heavy during late night hours and the staff is very friendly
