My daughters and I received excellent service. I got a pedicure and my girls got nail and toe polish. They treated us very kindly and were super friendly. I usually feel ignored and unwelcome at nail salons but they have a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. All ladies are very professional and took pride in their work. Definitely recommend!

This place was great! It’s in a strip mall convenient to get to and with ample parking. They worked two of us in same day for a set of gel acrylics and a gel manicure. They were strict about the hand sanitizer, washing hands, and had plexiglass between seats. Debbie was very nice, fast and still a perfectionist over my nails!

I’ve tried several nail salons in Kona and Hot Nails is without a doubt the best! I cannot go anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly and the quality of work is worth every penny! Vivian goes above and beyond with her creative nail designs and I promise you...you won’t be disappointed!

Made an appointment for my 10 year old little sister for her birthday to get regular acrylic and regular nails polish and a short length. My sister came home with cuticles that weren’t pushed back, matte nail polish on gel nail polish that I guess costs 20$ extra because she had a bill of 94$!!! I told the lady NO GEL and don’t try to upsell her because she’s 10 and instead they take advantage of that and ask her anyways. Long story short I called them to ask why they did that and the girl said “ it’s what she wanted so yeah” like COME ONNNNN!!! At least have the decency to apologize! We left kona spa for these specific reasons and now we’re just gonna have to go to somewhere else where respect is given.

Over priced. Bad customer service. Only Vivian is good.
