I had a great experience working with Gareth at Yamada. He was very patient while trying to decide the furniture for our new home. He kept in contact with us when new furniture arrived and even sent pictures. Even the delivery guys were awesome! They made sure everything was set up perfectly, while maintaining safety! To all the guys at Yamada Furniture, thank you! You were ALL awesome!

It was easy to get an appointment at Yamada Furniture and the COVID precautions was very efficient. Carol helped us and is very knowledgeable and friendly! She walked us around the store and gave us information and answered our questions and went the extra mile. Customer service from beginning to end was excellent. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. We’re so happy with our furniture. We’ll definitely be back to Yamada Furniture in the future.

We are extremely happy with our purchase from Yamada Furniture. Sales Rep Gareth was very personable yet professional, very attentive yet not overbearing. Thanks Gareth for helping us and providing great insight and information. The store itself is very well stocked with nice quality merchandise and has a friendly staff.
