The salesman that helped us is Christian and he made the experience easy and quick. He answered all our questions immediately without having to look anything up or ask someone and once we made a decision he had us written up and out of there quickly. We found prices to be reasonable and the selection of lines wonderful. The best furniture store in West Hawai’i.

Bought a couple of sleeper sofas and a mattress, all top quality. Steve, our Salesperson, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time.

Product is great...customer service is bare bonesnnI spent at least $6000 this year....1st set of recliners delivered were perfect. 2nd set was a RUSH slam dunk in the bedroom, they scratched the furniture, placed colored ink on it and jammed. I had to inspect as quick as I could and run after delivery guys to tell them about scratches. I was trying to open drawers and make sure they worked before they left. Not a good crew at all. Then, I have called the store 3 times and emailed many times about the wobbly headboard. My husband had neck surgery so I want them to fix it. Each call they say someone will call right away. Still nothing. He went into the store a week ago...still no arrangement. I bought the 3rd bed months ago. Yes, due to pandemic I am sure shipping is an issue. I had to pre-pay for everything yet still have an estimated date of 4 months. Prior to paying, I was told 2 months....still waiting... Great prices compared to other furniture stores. Just wish I was cared about AFTER you collect my visa card. Super frustrated still. I have waited months to vent here.

If you are looking for quality furniture shop here! Staff and manager are willing to make your purchase happen. I bought some thing listed on their website and they shipped it from Honolulu. Living in Kona you have to expect to import the quality couch you want. They did have in their show room a version of what I ended up purchasing and then they had the higher end chase/couch that I wanted. I was able to find the couch of my dreams on the website and they were able to ship it to me easy breezy! Frank the manager was accommodating with all my questions.
