Mr. Ed's Bakery

Yum! Located right outside of the Akaka Falls trail. The coconut fudge blonde was perfectly baked. Just enough coconut even my picky eater husband liked it. We got the large cinnamon roll as big as my kids head. We also had the snow cones and chocolate chip shortbread cookies. Everything was really good! The ladies inside this bakery were so sweet. I would HIGHLY recommend supporting this business. She also had other things like hot dogs, breakfast foods, bags of chips, homemade jellies, jams and butters and bread. Legit bakery in a small older part of town.

Awesome homey place, friendly staff. Stop here on your way to or from Akaka Falls for delicious baked goods and jams. They've got outside seating. We loved everything we bought here!

Mr Ed’s is amazing. I dropped by after my visit to Akaka . Small shop but cool place. They have 175 different types of jams. I got one of their passion fruit ones. They also of Hawaiian sweet bread and coffee to go. Loved their hospitality, will return if I come back.

Mr. Ed was super friendly and fun to talk to. The variety of jams and butter will blow your mind. Poha berry was rich, flavorful, and delicious. It was also everyone's favorite when I was at the store. Try all the samples and you will not be disappointed. Absolutely worth a visit!
