After several other plastic surgeon office visits, I was welcomed by a friendly, professional and knowledgeable assistant, Carly. Dr. Tseng has been exceptional. I appreciated his genuine care and knowledge to address my concerns. The office atmosphere and exceptional service is above any other in the area.

The staff is always cheerful and seems happy to see their patients when we arrive. I had several appointment with Dr. Tseng, and with only one exception, he always saw me within 15 minutes of my scheduled time. Dr. Tseng was always good about explaining what was going on and shared both concerns and positive impressions with me. Overall, a very good experience!

I had a pinched nerve, with problems with my insurance. The lady at the front desk and this doctor went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as fast as possible to save the feeling in my fingers and hand. Surgery went great, Its been about 8/9 months and I have probably regained 95% of my feeling. I never write reviews. But this doctor and his very nice front desk lady are amazing.
