Opal Day Spa

Sara waxed & tinted my eyebrows the other day and they are still perfect. She's so sweet & does an amazing job. I've never had my brows tinted before but I am going to from now on; it's nice to wake up and them be perfect.

I love this place! It has a warm, friendly atmosphere and the ladies are knowledgeable and take an interest in their clients. Yesterday I had a cut and color...my husband said I looked 22 years younger (where did the extra 2 come from?). Lola, you are the best! And Sarah, thank you for your kind words.

Had an appointment rescheduled about 3 or 4 times by this place and the last straw was when my daughter showed up really excited to the salon for her appointment thinking that she was going to be finally getting them to do her hair, Only to find that it had been cancelled and neither the stylist emma or the owner or even a desk clerk bothered to call and let us know that the appointment would need to be, yet again, rescheduled. My daughter was so upset that she started crying right there in the salon--that is terrible customer service and I will never give this place my business again!!!!!

Best place in Madras for a hair cut and a bit of R and R. The staff and the owner are some of the nicest people in town, and I always enjoy visiting with them. They're very informative and are quick to give you recommendations about anything health/beauty related. The product selections are excellent, and the prices are reasonable.
