Amazing service from Tanya today! She was very knowledgeable and patient, and answered all of our questions. We are excited for our new mattress to arrive. Highly recommend! But wait the saga continues: When we arrange pick up of our new bee, not only did everything go super smoothly, but they had stored it for 2 weeks safely indoors for free, and when we arrived as we had originally arranged everything was staged Sierra was an amazing help and cheerleader. We highly recommend The Called Mattress Firm :)
Upon entering the Mattress Firm in The Dalles, I was greeted by the associate who helped find and determine what bed best suited my expectations. She was patient when explaining that I may have to return with additional information about a specific bed. Easy to find what we were looking for! Natasha was very knowledgeable about the products. Had a minor hang up with the financing but she hopped on the phone and took care of it! Can’t wait to get a bigger and better bed!
My salesperson was Natasha she did an outstanding job explaining thoroughly the benefits of every mattress and the deals they had I ended up purchasing a hybrid I will be recommending family and friends to go to her .
