I needed a couch and washer/dryer when I moved to the area and I found an affordable payment at this location. When I went through hard times they had many options to help me and allow me to keep my rentals and I really appreciated that. Violet is the manager and she is kind and understanding. I will definitely continue to give them my business in the future.

Worst place to get a bed from! I informed them I was moving and needed help moving my bed. They said that they would be able to help. And then made me put my card on file to be able to move. Then I called again a couple days later to set up a moving time and they all of a sudden can’t help me. I don’t recommend buying a bed here unless you’re completely desperate.

Have bought appliances here in the past. My fridge went out and went to buy another. I entered the store wearing a completely legal full face mask, but they wanted me to wear their masks. These folks are KAREN'S that don't care about their customers. I will never buy another Appliance here again

This hands down has absolutely been the most unprofessional experience. I went in gathered all the information I needed to finance some appliances. I work in a business and know how important it is to have all the correct and relevant information. Leah Purkerson the sales manager said I would need to have my husband in to sign off. I completely understand! My husband and I have a very busy schedule so it was hard to get us both in together finally I found the time to go in, I call the store ahead of time and told her we were going to the store and would be in shortly she said no problem we close at 8 o’clock on Friday we showed up at 7:40pm and the store was closed. I had just spoke to her and she knew we were coming. So she also let me know they are open on Saturday until 5pm so we decided to go there today I get off work to make time to do this and we showed up at 4:30pm and again the store is closed. This is really disappointing because we really wanted to do business with them, but they must not be concerned with the quality of service or retaining customer support.

Extremely disappointed with customer service at The Dalles, OR store. My husband and I went in to make a large purchase, but absolutely no one came over to help us. I approached a sales rep and asked if we could get some help. She said I am busy, so I told her we would wait. Not more than five minutes later someone else came in and she immediately went over and asked if she could help them. They said no they were just looking ...so my husband went over and asked if we could get help. She said she would be with us in a minute. We waited another 15 minutes and received no help. So we left and went to a competitor and made our purchase. Will never go ha k to Aaron’s!!!
