Painted Hills Pastry

The baker and customer service was nice.nA little pricey for baked goods (I get that they need to make a living in a small town) presentation was nice but taste was just ok. Stuffed Croissants were very dry and flaky, maybe it was the choice but I really enjoyed soft and flaky croissants. Not so great the next day. Cinnamon roll was just ok. (These items all had gluten, not to be confused with gf options).

Gourmet pastries and gluten free delicious cakes in the middle of the desert?nAm I hallucinating? Apparently not!nWhat a gem at the Mitchell's entrance. It's the last thing we expected when we arrived.nAshly the owner welcomes you with a warm smile and open heart.nMy kids are gluten sensitive, you should have seen their smile after eating Ashly's GF apple cake!

Amazing pastries! We had the cinnamon roll, peach tart, oatmeal cranberry chocolate chip coconut cookie, and breakfast croissant. Everything was very fresh, dough was flaky and perfect, and SO DELICIOUS! A must-have if visiting Painted Hills!

So fresh and delicious. Ordered ahead a breakfast assortment box from Ashley and it fueled my bikepacking trip for the next two days!!!!

The food is delicious! The service is fast . The price is suitable. The staff is friendly.The place is comfortable and welcoming!
