Drove all the way up from Bend to visit this place yesterday after hearing that they are another business that doesn’t cave to the covid fear. Got there and was very pleased by my experience after having a delicious cinnamon role and a good cup of coffee. People that own the place are very friendly and had a very nice chat with the head owner. If your ever on your way through Madras and you want a good locally baked pastry, this is the place to go to! Eagle Bakery is amazing! Truly nice people and cinnamon rolls to die for. The coffee is good, the treats are a delight, what a great place to start your day. I look forward to going there anytime I am visiting my mom in Madras.

Their cinnamon rolls and cheesecake brownies are out of this world good.
