Shari's Cafe and Pies

I like Shari's the food is really good but the service was pretty terrible. It wasn't very busy, they messed up a plate, we had to ask for silverware even after all our food was brought to us, and my husband got a tea and the whole time they never refilled his cup. After we ate we sat at the table for 15 minutes they still never brought our check we had to go to the counter and ask for it so we could get out of there.

I had it 3 stars a while ago. I like their skillets for breakfast.nnBut today I ordered a steak medium and it came out well done.nnAnother person in my party ordered medium rare and it came out the same as mine. Very small portions and not even cooked correctly.nnIncredibly disappointed. For $15 for a steak dinner it would have been better to stop at Fred Meyer and buy my own steak and cook it myself.

Food was good had a menu for allergies which my almost 3 year old son has many of. It didn't have any allergies listed for corn though. They only refilled my coffee once and I had to go ask for boxes for the left over food. They were fairly busy thougg.

Called ahead of time from the parking lot to ensure there was no wait time for a group of 4 and a 1 year old before unloading him. After waiting on hold for a couple of minutes I was told there would be no wait. I went inside and waited about 5 minutes to be addressed by either 2 front end staff. The lobby was not busy and there was only 2 other tables. The waitress then had to clean off the only dirty table on her side for my group. Once we were able to sit she said she would be back for drink orders and I had asked for a high chair for my baby. We had all decided what we were eating and had waited an additional 15 minutes before we decided to leave and go to Big Jims. The waitress had grabbed another customers receipt from lottery lobby to cash him out. I would not have stepped foot in this establishment had I known it would’ve turned out this way. It is very unfortunate because this is the first time I have tried to take my family to sit down and eat since COVID.

Good food, wasn't too crowded in the dining area but the game room was full up, we'd eat there again, sucks That they closed at 11pm tho
