I would have loved to have gotten a much needed massage and provided a positive review, but this spa does not bother responding to online appointment requests. I submitted an appointment request yesterday a couple hours before the closing time as listed on Google. Google lists the spa as having opened at 9 this morning. Since my appointment request was for 11 today and it is now almost 1030, I can only assume that either the spa doesn't respond to their online requests or they don't want my business. Either way is rather disrespectful to clients.nnA tip for the spa: don't provide an online appointment system if you are not willing to follow up on requests.

I have been going here for a couple of years. My massages have always been hit or miss until this last visit. Autumn did an amazing massage! She listed to what a was looking for and then focused on treating the areas that were causing me pain. I look forward to the next massage with her.

I have never had a bad experience with a massage until today... I have been getting regular massages all through covid and I have NEVER once been asked to wear a mask during the massage and have the person preform it with uncomfortable gloves on... This is absolutely something you should be informing people about when they make the appointment. Worst experience I have ever have and naturally the front desk girl could care less... would absolutely NOT recommend.
