I love this place. Its my favorite second only to Renaissance downtown. The building itself is just so remarkable. I always love to have my adult group parties here. You gave to get a suite tho because sometimes some of the guys don't want to play with some of the others. With the convenient pullout beds, everyone is satisfied. Love you Embassy Suites!!

I feel like the only redeeming quality of this hotel is it's location (next to Biltmore Fashion Park). The only interaction I had with staff was the front desk, checking in and out, so the negative part of this review is not related to staff members.nnThis hotel is in serious need of updating. The room had carpets that were very stained, damaged electrical outlet in bathroom, clogged sink drain, dried food (or something else?) on blanket.nnThe complimentary breakfast, which is normally amazing at this hotel, was replaced with a paper bag containing a Lender's bagel and cream cheese, granola bar, banana, hard-boiled egg, water and cranberry juice. I realize we are still in a pandemic, but restaurants are open, so I'm unclear why they are still paper-bagging it.nn$15.00 to park in an outside space in the hotel's parking lot seems excessive.nnI would not stay at this hotel again unless the price was very discounted or the hotel is updated. This hotel does not live up to the Hilton name.

Pictures are misleading on many sites. They no longer have a restaurant on site and the complimentary breakfast is a grab and go consisting of a bagel, cream cheese, banana, trail bar and small juice in a can. Bar is open Wednesday through Saturday evening. Room was clean. Location is great. Overall hotel could use a face lift. It has definitely seen better times. Old carpeting, dirty glass windows in the atrium, ceiling tiles stained or missing at side entrance. Pool is not very large. Staff is friendly.

Beautiful greenhouse appearance within the middle of the hotel-the waterfall and trees made it relaxing and inviting. The rooms were large, clean, and the balcony made for refreshing air and sunlight during the day.nStaff here are customer oriented: any questions or anything I needed they helped out.

Great place to spend the day @Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore. I highly recommend taking the day use. Great prices compared to other places. Excellent stay and helpful staffs.
