We checked in, saw our room, and immediately went down to ask for a refund. The lady at the front desk deserves 5 stars for her hospitality, but the room and facility are a 1star. She was gracious and gave us a refund without question. We are Hilton Honors members and this was not like any Hilton we have stayed in. This is the worse Hilton Property we have seen in our 20 years of traveling.nnThe door has a large crack underneath it (you can see outside), outdated decor, ripped carpeting, it was warm outside and AC could not keep up. The location is questionable. The area looks run down and bars on the windows of businesses nearby. Makes you wonder why?!?!nnAgain, this is not a reflection on the staff, just the property.

We have stayed at many Embassy Suites, this was more like a run down motel you would find in the middle of nowhere. The price was outrageous! We booked not seeing the hotel and when we arrived we were shocked, but it was too late to find another hotel. The bathroom door didn't close, the balcony door didn't open properly, the room door didn't close without slamming it. The shower curtain was hung incorrectly, so the entire bathroom floor got soaked while showering. All for the price we've stayed to stay at superb hotels.

Wish I had asked the name of front desk galnShe was awesome. Property was pretty clean but not impeccable. There is a car wash outside of our room which was noisy until 10 pm. Noise began again at 6 am.nHot tub was awesome!nLoved the accommodations. Two rooms, kind of old-school vibe. Large armoires. Tastefully decorated.

The staff were great but this property is in great need of an update. My room smelled of smoke and mustiness. The rooms are dimly lit and the carpet is quite worn. My bed was comfy and the pool area is quite nice but as I stated my room was a disappointment. It caused my allergies and asthma to flare up on the second of the 4 days I was there.

We use this location to host work events out of. Their staff always has our rented space organized and ready to go. They post signs to direct our guests and are always very accommodating with changes. Susan is very prompt to emails and phone calls and is always able to make changes when needed.nnI was able to stay at this hotel for a personal reason last weekend and enjoyed my stay. Our room was clean and well stocked. The grounds were picked up and the parking lot was near by for all of our luggage carrying. The front desk gal was very nice and answered all of my questions due to changes with Covid-19. The rooms aren't fancy and updated, but they are large which was very nice when traveling with our toddler.nnThank you for a clean room and a comfortable bed to sleep in at night along with great customer service. It is nice to know when we host work events that our customers are in a clean and safe environment.
