How do I make an appointment? When I call the machine keeps repeating its self ud83eudd14.if I call to make a complaint they lady is so rude ... 2 months ago I went in took the things they ask for and once I got to the window the girl that was attending me said “oh no I can’t take that”ud83dude21when they said they do take that wow . Workers here need to be more nice and helpful not even because they are the same race they are so rude . Know I want to make an appointment and I can’t. Also when they so answer they just hang up on me ud83dude21

Hello, in the past I have been able to get an appointment fairly easily. I understand that due to covid the process is different. I desperately need to renew my passport for immigration purposes but I can not find a way to schedule that appointment. I was advised to email, it has been 3 weeks with no response. Can some one assist me ?

Two weeks ago, I emailed the visa department at the Mexican Consulate in Phoenix Arizona. I corresponded with Jackie who thoroughly answered all of my questions within 24 hours or sooner. Today I met with Jackie at the consulate to start the visa process. Jackie was very professional and sweet. The entire process took approximately 55 minutes from beginning to end.nJackie is a outstanding asset to the consulate and a pleasure to work with!nSincerely,nJeff Curti

I have been trying to make an appointment since November and am always told there is no availability. I tried to do a walk in but was told they only take appointments. The guy said to make an appointment early in the morning as they only have 80 spots available for the day. No matter how early I call or how early I try to make an appointment online there is nothing available. They either dont answer my call or they tell me to try again the next day. I really need my passport can someone please help.
