Chad, ask for Chad, the manager at this location is highly skilled, knowledgeable, patient, not pushy, professional and definitely knows his stuff. I went out with two high value products in one day because of how patient he was and how he explained the products to me. Good stuff! Note - they did not give me anything in return for my review, he is not my friend and it was the first time I met his team.

I had previously wrote a bad review (8 months ago) about their poor customer service - 1 star... but I returned to purchase something last week and the lady that helped me was so outstanding!! I figured I better come back here and update my review. Natalia was so helpful and had others looking for what I needed as well, I appreciate their efforts of improvement!

I really like having an electronics store close by. They have a pretty big selection and prices are usually close to what I can get online. When I do find better prices online they are good about matching, which is great for an impatient person like me who hates to wait. I went in a couple days ago and was looking at TVs with my son. A salesman came and talked with us and he knew enough about the technologies to talk intelligently and was willing to admit when he hit the limits of his knowledge. He was the right amount of helpful that makes me want to visit in person whenever I want to make electronics purchases.

It wasn't the best experience I've had at this store... It was very busy, considering the covid-19 issues we're currently facing. We were only able to get the one thing we needed, thanks to the one customer service employee who was willing to help us out after having seen us wandering in the computer area trying to catch the attention of sales reps there. He made the 30 minutes of searching and waiting, worth staying in the store. He gave us descriptions as to where to find the one needed item. We found what we were searching for, in a section of the store that was far from where the rest of the items for computers were on display. I've been a customer at this Best Buy store for more than a decade... and this was second time out of close to 50 times, that I've had sales personnel obviously avoid helping me. This was hopefully a one time situation. They have great holiday sales, and generally good service.
