Oblivious or rude? Walked in and waited patiently behind a family of 3 whom were patiently waiting. No Hi, hello, we will be right with you .. nothing... for over 5 minutes while the elderly woman at the cash register stood there. All of the other employees bumping into each other I presume filling a phone or online order. Why is it so important to have ALL of your employees busy but not welcoming, nor serving customers standing in front of them? What's important guys? I had a party of 6 so you do the math. You lost at least $35 when We walked out. Went to Dairy Queen a mile away, served quickly and efficiently.

By far the best, most accommodating Cold Stone I have ever been to. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. There is another Cold Stone closer to my house but I will always go a little out of the way for this Cold Stone!

The quality of the food is great as always your staff answering the phone is also nice which is why I am leaving 5 stars. However whatever delivery company they go through is terrible the driver who delivered today for us was terrible. I am very disappointed.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I don’t know who at this location thought it was ok to assume that my fiancé was pregnant and should get the “pregnant discount” guess that was just the nice way of telling someone they’re fat and shouldn’t eat ice cream at your establishment! That is not how someone should be treated when going in to this establishment the amount of disrespect is absurd! Not even a free ice cream can fix what was said and I hope whoever is in charge does the right thing by letting this certain employee go!

Refused to serve us without face masks. Its December and I never had a problem with it anywhere else this whole year. I'll never go back now
