Great place to eat. We had a funeral recently and family sent over a ton of sandwiches, pastries, etc. and it was all wonderful and so very appreciated. We will use them for catering again. (And I can live off the turkey bravo sandwich, French onion soup, and bear claws. Seriously. So. Good.)

Have been going to this Panera Bread for the last couple of years. Tonight has made my night, had ordered some food (my mother has diabetes and I'm working late tonight). The door dash folks had delivered the incorrect order! I called the store and spoke with a very nice lady who wrote down my phone number saying that they will call Door Dash and call me back. Less than 20 minutes later, our food is dropped off and Curtis the manager of the store calls me. He said they remade the entire order and he delivered the food himself so we didn't have to wait even longer for the door dash service to deliver our food. I was speechless yet so thankful! This is top notch service! I called Curtis back by the way, because I wanted to give him a tip for his service, but he replied so modestly, that he just wants to make sure his customers are taken care of. Thank you so much again Curtis, and thank you to the entire Panera Bread Team! We are your customers for life! ^_^nA++++++++

Would be a 5 star if they had not swapped their delivery over to door dash. Before door dash our orders were always correct and arrived very fast and hot. With door dash the delivery takes twice as long and then the food is not as warm. We’ve also had quiet a few deliveries where we are missing a loaf of bread. If you call the restaurant they will blame the door dash driver for forgetting to pick it up. Best bit is they can’t actually do anything and say you have to contact door dash despite making the order on Panera.com

App with rapid order/pickup was a breeze and sooo convenient. In and out, no interaction. The hardest part was finding a parking spot! Customization was perfect and order was ready and on the shelf for pickup. I will be back!

Food is usually always good, the bacon turkey club is awesome! So filling! The chicken BBQ sandwich was not worth the price, hardly any chicken and no cheese when we ordered a specific kind of cheese, that wasn't worth the money. Friendly staff and fast serving!
